“all humans are created equal”
No we are not. We are born equal, but social constructs like race, socioeconomic status, and educational attainment create inequality. Our elementary educational institutions breed inequality. Communities breed inequality. Government not only create, they sanction and condone inequality. Moreso than they fight against inequality.
“Liberty and justice for whom?”
White people. White men to be exact. They get to create the laws. White men secure all sorts of positions in institutions where they have the ability to execute the laws unfairly. And let’s not talk about hiring practices and the development of hiring policies that disenfranchise. White men are the law (law enforcement and intelligence agencies from the CIA and NSA to the local sheriffs nationally are overwhelmingly White). They determine who should pay, and who should pay more. White men get to walk freely. White boys get to play, get drunk, and be mischievous as if its a right of passage while Black and Brown kids must receive the talk and be saddled with adult worries of being accused before the age of 18.
Freedom ( the absence of necessity, coercion, or constraint in choice or action or from the power of another) and justice ( the maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments) is for White people. White men to be exact.
