Can’t tell you how many times I observed this and thought to myself how far we would be if we were allowed similar opportunities. If we behave in the same ways Whites and other ethnic groups do (i.e. Cubans in South Florida, or ethnic groups heavily employed in certain service industries), we would be so underemployed and so few in executive management positions.
White and White passing nepotism is real, and the benefits are obvious.
