Exactly! It’s how we evolved at diversity and inclusion, tokenism, and the likes today. The names and faces change, but the game is the same. And even when gatekeepers know they are gatekeeping, their singular comfort takes precedence over the trauma of millions. It’s quite amazing to watch.

White Supremacy loves it’s tokens. It can show it’s one token off to the many in an effort to encourage them to “to do better" knowing full well they have an obstacle course of traps set to keep as many Blacks and minorities from moving up as possible. It’s why after 400 years there is still so little progress.

Black gatekeepers are indeed a pillar of White Supremacy that must be torn down.
