“Have more white” babies to protect and sustain Whiteness and it’s power. Don’t allow Mexicans and other brown populations who are deemed less valuable to come here and make babies. For surely they (Brown folks who are making babies) shall grow up to see the evil and inequality and want some power to level the playing field.
More babies is a racist dog whistle to and for White women.
