I am improving race relations by telling White people how terrible they’ve been to Black people for the past 400 years and counting. I am telling them we are tired of it and they should stop all the things they are doing, including trying to make us feel guilty for not speaking in ways that are pleasing to their ears.

I’m telling them to stop telling us what to say and how to say it — when to speak and where to speak, just the way you have done.
