I care about everyone’s rights. Most states and local agencies and municipalities receive federal funding for law enforcement and judicial systems, therefore those rights DO apply. Very few states and county can make it without federal funding, so those rights not only apply, but supersedes states.

People don’t have rights because they don’t know them, therefore they don’t invoke them. Both accusers and the accused have rights.
