I don’t blame the liar. I blame the media for always rushing to put out a story first without all of the details. The days of good investigative journalism are dead. It’s easy to believe a video, but when you must try to find truth from varied allegations with no witnesses it’s much harder. I feel we should be slow to believe allegations of certain crimes when social media and the news puts it out because they have been found to be wrong too many times. Add to that Russia aiding in sowing seeds of hate with fake and racist news — it’s a disaster.

We used to wait for news. I don’t have a problem with getting more facts before I make my decision. Being well-informed in the age of social media.
