I don’t celebrate it or most holidays for that matter because they mostly all are tied to bigotry and excluding people. The Irish were a step above being Black (aka spooks, coons, niggers). After they were grandfathered into Whiteness, they commenced to discrimination and racism just the way America trains assimilated groups to do.

I don’t wish to celebrate with a group who has historically aided in my people’s oppression. I don’t want to be around anyone who doesn’t like me.
