I feel your sentiments. Though I didn’t really care for any of the female candidates, I thoroughly enjoyed watching them all mop the floor with the men. They were all more qualified than the two finalists for President. The party isn’t progressive as they believe they are. One day, maybe, we will be the nation we are on paper. Until then, I’m forced to pick the moderate candidate, one most people will get behind, the one that won’t be trying to repeal civil rights for Blacks.

I mourn with you a little, but not too much, because I know the real America. She isn’t what she says she is on paper. She isn’t fair. She isn’t just. She isn’t colorblind, and she doesn’t like sharing power. That is what 2020 confirmed for me. I’m sorry your candidate wasn’t able to make it to the finish line.
