I just responded to someone who noted he didn’t see the need for fighting. Of course he was a White man, so privilege prohibits him from understanding change and progress comes from fighting. Not voting.

But fighting.

And dying.

Some people must suffer, and some will die so that all can be free. Most White people really can’t comprehend such oppression and the desire to be free. It’s unimaginable. I think lessons like the one you gave help illustrate how important fighting and bloodshed is for change. Nearly the entire world is sick and tired of colonialism. Black and brown people globally are fighting for the freedom they believe in.

It’s the only thing it seems humans respond to. Thanks for bringing it home Bro. We are on the same wave length!
