I really enjoyed This helps me some. My partner is ADHD and many of the attributes you mentioned she exhibits (like hyper focusing and procrastinating). I’m the opposite get it done and move to the next task kinda a girl, Type A, time management focused. I make dinner daily, on time… and she can’t remember to make coffee everyday. And when she does, she gets distracted on the way with something like sweeping the floor, then sitting at the counter on her Ipad looking at the stock market. A 10-minute activity takes 2-hours…and now the coffee isn’t fresh or hot.

It’s a lot to deal with let me tell ya lol. And it’s hard. I’m very happy you and your wife are able to compliment each other. I’m trying to get used to this lack of focus. Thanks for sharing your experiences again. It’s been super helpful.
