I’m glad you said because I sure thought this to myself. I feel sorry for that kid. I sure hope he finds some Black friends with kind, loving Black mom’s who can love him to life and who will show him Black people aren’t what his White racist adoptive more or flawed predictive policing data think we are.

I wish for all transracial adoptees struggling with loyalty and gratefulness to their adoptive parents and the racism those White parents posses. Two things can be true at the same time. Your adoptive can do good things (like adopt transracially) and still be racist.
