It’s about representation and diversity. There are so many White women on every morning news show on television, what’s the difference if she’s Conservative, Liberal, Independent, etc, she’s still a representation of the status quo on television.

If it’s a Black or Brown person on a morning show (Hoda, Tamron, Al Roker, Michael Strayhan, etc.), it’s a tokenized placement so not to upset the default restless natives I suppose (lol). God forbid there are more than 1 or 2 Black people on any mayor network news show, then it apparently turns into a “Black” show and White people can’t get anything useful from it.

NBC should just go out of business lol, or get some dogs and puppies to play during the morning hour segments. I would be the best ratings ever, and everyone would leave feeling happy and fulfilled.
