Point taken. Not all White people are racist so not all White people would have this issue. I agree people should be prosecuted criminally and that would be a great remedy if you live in a big, progressive city, but it might not be an option for others in small towns and the deep South. All the things you noted are reasons people do nothing and why racists remain free to be racist. Doing nothing helps no one. In my experience, the criminal justice system does not work because the same problems you noted. So basically, you’ve said there is no recourse.

So what’s the solution to address racism?
