Post-secondary Ed is extremely toxic environments for Blacks. I worked in a college setting for 9-years before leaving for good. I left with presents I didn’t have when I arrived thanks to the stress, like GERD, irritable syndrome and complete disrespect for the entire White power and Supremacy in post-secondary institutions. I think the most important thing we all must come to embrace is that the American dream is a lie. It insinuates that all men are created equal and that all men have the same opportunities. They don’t. This essay highlights who has power and who does not. White men were her savior and her oppressor.

The Black woman had to go between both to get “her dream” which is really, their dream because it was written by White men for White men.

Let that soak in for a moment.
