FYI Many topics you noted (I’m assuming you’re White because I used the term White people) that are annoying to “White people” are things anyone can do, and I’ve seen many-a White people along with other ethnic groups ignore social setting norms to do them. Maybe some White people are hypersensitive about those BLACK things you identified because they hate seeing Blacks in their spaces. Just coming in annoys some White people, let alone speaking.
