Thank you Greg. The hardest thing as you’ve noted is being honest, and too many people don’t want to undertake that journey. We are having a reckoning, and no White person should be exempt from this kind of self-examination. I was thinking of allies when I wrote it and how many of them speak out from places of White comfort and White lives which contradicts. We want to see anti-racism lived, not just spoken. White people are going to have to decide just how serious they are about anti-racism, and it must start in the privacy of their own homes where there may be shame, but there is zero condemnation. We can’t move forward as a nation until White people begin to see the ways they uphold White Supremacy.

Even the shame is private, which is the way I wanted it and the reason I created the list this way.
