Thanks so much, I really try to make the most out of my time with them. I am not one to waste words, so when I speak I have something meaningful to say. I hope they remember these lessons one day when they get older. I know my kids did. The difference between these kids and my own is that my kids had enough respect not to get into my discussions when engaging adults, and they would never question me because they knew I had never led them wrong. Also, my kids weren’t “privileged.” So there’s that little thing lol.

Even when we moved up like George and Weezy, I never changed because poverty for anyone is always just a few paychecks or one catastrophic illness away. Life is too short to not know your neighbors. I love how you’ve planted those seeds in your babies. Awareness is everything! You rock mama.
