This law does little to put Black ex-offenders back to work. Employment, discrimination is not addressed. So no matter how many programs they attempt to implement, if they don’t create new laws to prevent employers from screening and declining ex-offenders as employers the Act will not reduce recidivism. This act is a bunch of bull, and the Black pastors who got up on TV for the photo op are a disgrace. Sometimes, the blind leads the blind. We can’t talk about Trump supporters without calling out our own sellouts, coons, and publicity seeking Blacks.
They will go do as being on the wrong side of history. They’ve done absolutely nothing to uplift those trying to recreate their lives in the pursuit of happiness. Ugh just makes me angry.
