This was great Allison. I hate intersectionality because it pretends we are all alike in some way shape or form, but doesn’t take into consideration the social hierarchy of racism. We aren’t all alike until we all recognize we are all alike.
As for Karens, just like there are no hate crime laws for White Supremacist, there are no protections against White Karens. They (feminists) are only interested in protecting themselves, their rights and their freedoms, which is why I do not subscribe to it. Feminism is a peeling off of the population in a way that is extremely divisive. Most White women are not equipped with the emotional intelligence to lead any type of movement that centers other groups. Because of their lack of knowledge about our history, racism, and historic apathy towards non-White issues, we cannot trust them.
Intersectionality is a dream. Someone got paid to create a new word for an old thing.
