Very true. Nike made a business decision, and is allowing Kaepernick to finish out a contract they already had with him prior to the taking a knee fallout. They are getting their money out of him so to speak. Their angle is business pure and simple, it’s capitalism. I’m happy that Kaepernick is no longer Black balled like many Black activist before him. The company will never be black balled for their sweatshop practices. People (older consumers) already know about them. People forget, people don’t care, and when the problem is so far away…it simply doesn’t matter to most consumers. People don’t care until it impacts them personally, it’s them epitome of capitalism…selfishness.
