When you write statements like these, you disregard people’s ability to access healthy food, the cost of healthy food, hereditary traits, and the fact that everyone in the world isn’t skinny and European nor do they desire to be. A skinny person can be unhealthy physically and mentally due to eating disorders. A heavier person can be just fine with absolutely no health issues.
What people need to do is lose their infatuation with other people’s bodies, especially the bodies of women of people of color. Let us please live in peace. We know we’re imperfect and will never live up to European standards. Some of us are okay to not have that burden on our shoulders.
