You are absolutely correct Chris. The term people of color is a catch-all drawer just like Black is. It's very disrespectful and until now we've not been able to talk about it because we get so much push back. It's the reason so many Black people desire not to be labeled a person of color.

We talk about racism and be anti-racist until we breakdown all the labels associated with Blackness and anti-Blackness. Having nuanced conversations is just a start. We all need to get to know people better, and ask them what they are and what they desire to be called.
