You are hilarious and I share your concerns about candidates. Please don’t think I’m not asking you to take the burden for all White people who need that “electability” security blanket, nor am I accusing you of being one of the people who need safety. I say these things with a majority voting block mindset which is indeed White.

I like Julian Castro, but he is having trouble getting traction. I like Mayor Pete, but he doesn’t appear to know how to straddle the fence. People of Color not heavily engaged in policy and politics aren’t going to connect with him Mayor Pete. I’d love to see a Castro/Mayor Pete ticket.

I don’t really care for any of the women candidates. Can’t vote for the prosecutors unless they are the only option. The rest have corporate backgrounds and are career federal and state politicians. Again, if they make it to the finish line, I’m voting for any of them. None of them are my first, second or third choices lol..

I really like Michelle Obama, but she’s not interested in politics and I don’t blame her. She didn’t really want her husband to run for office. I’m sure she isn’t willing to put her family through the ringer again. It’s a dirty job. No one decent with a healthy brain wants to be in politics.

I could definitely see a Biden/Abrams ticket and I would support it. At this point I’d take a kitchen sink registered as a Democrat over Trump. I just happen to think Joe is safe, and I have enough White friends and colleagues to know they want safe = Old White man.
